As you plan, think of the planner as your guide. A wedding planner is responsible for planning the logistical elements that bring a wedding vision to life and is involved from the very beginning of the planning process. We assist with budget creation, management, venue selection, vendor and supplier referrals, wedding day timeline, seating arrangements, and so on.
You don’t have to be concerned about whether or not you’ll actually be able to plan your own wedding, because you will still be making all of the decisions and be a very active participant in planning your wedding. The only difference is that you will just have help doing it!

Absolutely not. Our initial consultation is complimentary. This is an opportunity for us to catch up over a virtual coffee and get to know each other to see if we’re a good fit to work together.
My Venue Already Has an Event Coordinator… So Why Do I Need an Independent Wedding Planner?
A venue event coordinator and a wedding planner are two very different things. While it is true that a venue’s event coordinator and wedding planner will have some overlap, there is added value in having both a venue event coordinator and a wedding planner working together. Often the venue’s event coordinator handles all kinds of different events and clients, while your wedding planner only has one focus – and that is YOU!
Will You Be Present On My Wedding Day?
Absolutely! This is why we are in this business. The ‘grand finale’ is what we put all of our work and effort into, and we simply can’t wait to see it come to fruition.
Can We Hire You as Soon As We Get Engaged Or Should We Wait?
The sooner the better, and as soon (or shortly thereafter) as you get engaged is recommended. Dates are booked well in advance, and the sooner we begin planning, the better.
